Six 6.75"x9.625" sheets, each with a tipped-in color color plate and tissue guard, plus a title sheet, a forward sheet and a sheet listing other publications available. All nine pieces are in an elegant folder with one of the color plates repeated as a cover plate. Plates are titled on rear:
